I have spent last part of my summer and the first part of my fall with elk on the brain. Living, eating, and breathing elk. It's pathetic. Every weekend and a few nights a week have been devoted to scouting elk. Why? Because TJ and I both drew limited entry big bull elk tags. I am not sure if I should be excited or dreading it. All I know is that the hunt opens this Saturday (the 17th) and then begins 9 days of hell. I get so nervous even thinking about it! But a week off of work running around the hills is just what I need right now! So wish me luck! Tuesday, September 13, 2011
